How many people are behind Bumble Marketing?

It's just me, Brittany! When I need additional support or a client has a need my services cannot meet, I partner with a trusted vendor.

What are your business hours?

I work sporadically throughout the week but try to avoid working on Saturday and Sunday. If you need to get in touch with me, don't hesistate to reach out at any time of the day. If I'm not available, I will get back to you within 72 hours.

Do you accept online payments?

You bet! You can always click the Pay Now button on your invoice to access the online payment portal. If you lost your invoice, email me to request another copy. If you know your balance, you can submit payment online through the Bumble Marketing Payment Portal.

What support is available to me after our project is complete?

If you have other projects in mind, we can continue working together. Contact me to discuss your ideas and I can provide a proposal and cost estimate.

When your project is finished, you will receive access to a client portal (aka "The Hive") that includes guides and resources for maintaining your Squarespace website. If you need support beyond what is available in The Hive, Bumble Marketing can maintain your website for a monthly fee.
